We provide comprehensive ambulatory infusion services in the comfort and privacy of our physicians’ office. With our team of dedicated on-site professional staff, in-office therapy often reduces or completely avoids hospitalization in many patient cases.

The comprehensive services at ID Care® are administered by:

  • A highly skilled clinical team, specifically trained to manage all aspects of IV therapy that are available 24/7 for all patient related concerns.
  • An OIC Nurse available to provide teaching/training to patients regarding home IV infusion services.

In the past, specialized intravenous (IV) or other infusion-type therapies meant long hospital stays. Now, Infusion Care has made infusion therapy easy, safe, and convenient. Whether you need your first dose of an IV drug or an extended course of therapy, our state-of-the-art infusion suites are the ideal choice — and are equally as effective as hospital-administered IV treatments. Hospital avoidance is one of our main priorities at ID Care Infusion Center.

Infusion Center is equipped with cozy recliner chairs, flat-screen televisions, and wi-fi capabilities, ID Care Infusion Center is designed with your comfort and well-being in mind and is open 365 days a year. You’ll work with our team of licensed specialists and renowned physicians — who are always on the premises — to create your care plan, monitor your treatment, answer any questions, and ensure your experience is as seamless as possible.

By making just one call to our office, our ID Infusion Care team will verify your insurance coverage and pre-authorization, coordinate your benefits, and schedule your initial visit. We provide everything from midline placement onsite to PICC line care and removal, monitoring of the first dose of medication to monthly venous port maintenance, and even the availability of temporary IV lines.

Because our licensed ID Care Infusion Center specialists are continually trained in the latest techniques and advances in pharmaceuticals, our medication list is subject to change.

ID Infusion Care makes the entire infusion process easy for our patients, insurers, and referring physicians — from start to finish.

Referral Process

Patient's attending physician or designee calls the OIC Referral Line at (910) 729-6552 or fax/email referral to (910) 500-1002 or info@idcarepa.com as soon as the need for outpatient IV therapy has been identified.

ID Care

Provide our staff with patient demographics, insurance information, medical and physical history, labs/tests and any pertinent clinical information.

Once approved, our staff will contact the patient to schedule an evaluation with one of our physicians and arrange infusion services. Our OIC staff will coordinate all infusion services and maintain communication with referring physician regarding patient therapy.
